The whole process was easy from start to finish. After placing my order I received a courtesy phone call to check all the details and to explain what would happen next. They confirmed receipt of my mum's ashes, which was so reassuring. Within the timescale stated I then received a further call to check if I would be home to received my finished pieces. When the parcel arrived, it felt as though the contents had been placed inside with care. I'll never forget how it all looked within the box. I had ordered 3 items, 2 for other people and one for me. I am so happy with my ring, it fits beautifully. It's delicate, so not for everyday wear, but it's just what I had hoped for.
