Avoid this firm; they have defrauded me and taken all of my money. Not even the website's live chat function allowed me to get in touch with anyone. In addition, my personal account advisor has deactivated her phone number and has not responded to any of my emails. It's unbelievable that this bogus company hasn't been closed down.
