I had to ask for a refund as I had mistakenly signed up for an annual subscription at a time when money is tight. They responded promptly and refunded me with the current month’s subscription aswell. They were very empathetic in their dealings with me when I explained why I had become confused. I would certainly return should I find myself able to in the future.
