I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service of this app. I accidentally subscribed to their services and apart from the fact that they responded extraordinarily quickly (in 12 minutes) and resolved the misunderstanding at the time, they sent me everything in a detailed and explained manner, including screen shorts.
