As a result of correspondence with technical support, the full amount previously debited from my balance for subscription was returned.
The appeal from my side came immediately after the write-off.
Initially the manager offered 50% compensation. But since I did not use the service and did not consider their further use we agreed on full compensation.
The support responded quickly and correctly.
