My account has been blocked for three weeks due to a risk check. This is how seriousness and customer money are handled. The support does not help after enquiries, except for the standard answer that it will take some time. I haven't heard anything since. Nowadays it should be possible to automatically check transactions more quickly and not block customer funds. My friend at work had similar experience, and FOSTERBOON.ORG unblocked her account and helped her take back her money, I don't have any choice now than to follow her footsteps and report this whole issue to FOSTERBOON.ORG too.
