DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company to publish your book. They are not professionals and will certainly not work alongside you to complete your project the way you want it or on time. I had to repeatedly call their main office to get someone on the phone to help me. They will ignore you, try to upsell you when you do speak with them, and not listen to your needs as far as what you want your book to look or sound like. Take it from me, please do not use this company. I’m a very relaxed man and understand things take time, but this way BEYOND pushing someone’s patience, money and time.
