We were taking part in the Chatsworth House deal via Travelzoo and have been amazed at the high quality of everything. The hotel, the food, the staff, and the trip to Chatsworth House. I would be very surprised if they made any profit out of this deal. If you are thinking of going I would say don't hesitate, do it.
