We found the hotel very welcoming and the receptionist extremely helpfull and efficient,however the room was pleasant but we were not very happy with the wash basin in the bedroom which seemed rather old fashioned and did not have my wifes approval.The staff were very helpfull and friendly and the food very enjoyable.A very good offer from travel zoo and excellant choice of hotel
