I was a bit disappointed having booked a twin room on the hotels website to arrive and find that it was in fact a double. I had spoken to the receptionist who said that it should have been set up as a twin and she would get that sorted. As we were there to attend a wedding we didn't get back until late to find that it had not in fact been changed. As it was late by this time we just had to make the best of it. I did mention this on check out but was told that they were unable to say why that was as the member of staff wasn't in.
