I ordered a full PA system over 18 months ago for work to use for presentations and conferences and it has worked fine apart from the use of headset and lapel mics. Unless one spends serious money they probably aren't worth bothering with. We have now obtained some additional hand-held wireless mics instead. I order another full PA system earlier this year for another of our offices and that too is working well. We didn't bother with a headset and purchased just mics instead. Overall the speed of delivery is excellent. The quality of the products is also good although we have only ever purchase budget systems. The service was also excellent and responses timely.
