Called in at Astounded and was after a portable PA. There was KAM on offer but unfortunately out of stock. However, Daniel was very helpful and showed me some alternatives and demonstrated them for me (even going across to his other unit to pick up another choice and heft it back). I was very happy with my purchase (great portable PA with bluetooth and wireless microphones) and the customer service was 10/10. My daughters 18th birthday party will go full swing!
