When I decided that I needed a new PA system I asked the Astounded staff for their opinion on portables namely the QTX range. I order the syatem and WOW it arrived next day. I then contacted them for some technical advice and received help immediately. This is a great company to deal with and they certainly made me feel "part of the family"
