I ordered an amplifier with 2 mic's. Unfortunately after a couple of months one mic stopped working and after contacting Astounded a replacement was with me within a couple of days. However, the day I received it the other mic also stopped working and after contacting Astounded and eliminating various reasons why it could have happened, they sent me another replacement mic. Now, quite a few months later I decided to upgrade the mic's so contacted them for advice. I spoke to them and they immediately emailed me with links to the best ones for me (which weren't the most expensive) and I placed my order, which again, was with me within a couple of days. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Excellent service!
