Excellent customer service.
Very helpful on the phone when I called to check progress of my order and see whether it could get to me in time for a gig. It did.
Unfortunately one of the 4 LED lights I ordered had a fault and had to be returned. The return was handled very swiftly via an email exchange. A courier was arranged to pick it up on a day of my choosing and a replacement arrived at the same time. It could not have been made any easier for me.
I will definitely deal with Astounded again.
