Easy to communicate with and sensible advice re what to purchase
A good discussion concerning our requirements and returns policy
Equipment delivered when I needed it well packaged and easy to set up
A slight whine was evident when used in a small room but not difficult to minimise and not evident in a larger room
Response of the people listening to speakers at our meetings has been positive about the equipment
