I sent many online enquiry's via the online chat service and replies were very prompt and helpful. Before sending my order, someone called to make sure I had DMX cables already to connect all my new products together. When the products arrived, I needed some help in working the items and again, someone was able to talk me through how to work everything. Friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about helping me.
