I brought a pa system from astounded back in 2013, unfortunately on of the speakers are now faulty, thinking I would be charged with a hefty repair bill, astounded managed to trace my order and informed me they are still under guarantee and to send it off and they will do the rest ( which I will do soon ), not the quickest company to respond to queries tbh but when they do, the service and advice are excellent. Thanks for your help astounded, I would recommend you to others
