I bought a pair of QTX QR8A 8" 200W Powered PA speakers, at first I tried to buy online but payment didn't go through (something to do with a SAGE error) which was a little frustrating, so I contacted the support email to see if they could help. The next day they contacted me to to apologise for not being able to purchase online but said i could call and they could take payment online. I did and they were able to locate my order from my basket in my account and let me buy the speakers, no fuss and easily done. The speakers arrived a few days later and I have tested them in my PA system and the quality of the sounds is excellent - a good purchase
