I receive my order on time, and although it was faulty on receipt, my problem was resolved immediately, with know argument and a lot of helpful advise. A new piece of equipment was sent within 3 days and the faulty equipment picked up at the same time with no question. I am well satisfied with the service and attention I received and will certainly deal with 'Astounded' again and recommend them to others
