Great and unbiased advice over the phone. The kit is great and packaged well.
The only thing I would have suggested is to let me know in advance that the product was currently out of stock (delivery of stock was delayed due to bad weather) it was out of your control I know, but I had to phone myself on the estimated delivery date to check on delivery. I wasn't personally bothered, but some people might have been, especially if they were relying on the arrival of their gear.
