total scam and predatory practices. contacting support will not get you an answer if you're requesting a refund for the $20 they charge you. got drawn in for a $1 trial then was prompted to get a reading with absolutely no statement of extra charge. was then charged $20 for the extra reading. i tried immediately cancelling my subscription that you had to set up for the trial and for about 2-3 days i was met with the continual loading screen without success. i reached out to support who took a few days to get back to me and was finally able to end my subscription however they still tried to charge my card for the subscription. it's now been a week and i still haven't heard a response from their support team regarding my initial $20 refund. i flagged the charge as fraud as i did not consent or sign up for the charge and now will have to replace my card. contemplating reporting to FTC for predatory practices. save yourself the time and do not use this app
