I ordered two paintings easily from the website. I received a prompt email informing me they were special order and would therefore take 4 weeks to arrive. Sure enough I received another email informing me they had been dispatched and the paintings arrived well packed the following day. All very efficient and the messages were pleasant and made me feel a person (not a computer) was dealing with my order. I would definitely use the firm again.
