Your company is a delight to deal with. My initial email queries regarding exact colour of frame and weight ( to ensure I bought the right hangers for a cavity wall) were all researched with the manufacturer and answered by return. I was also happy that you kept your word and price matched this picture once I gave you the competitors details. There were problems with the delivery by UK Mail but I completely understand that once with a third party that control of the shipment was out of your hands, you did however do all you could to resolve the issue.
