Excellent overall, as I was kept informed of the delivery time and the parcel was extremely well packaged.
My only concern was that the website did not inform me of the fact that the item I wanted was out of stock. It was only after I had ordered that I received an email stating that my purchase could not be completed until the end of January.
However, I actually received my picture on the 21st January, so everything has been dealt with very efficiently.
P.S. The picture is in position and looks brilliant.
