Found this company on line after looking for a good rug. Really good service. Initially said that my order might take 10 to 14 days to arrive as it had (I think) to come from abroad. Anyway, it was less time than that! I was emailed and kept up to date at each step and when I got the e mail to say my rug had been dispatched, it arrived the following day.
