Ordered online item was out of stock . I was contacted immediately and asked if I wanted to choose another item. Ann was very helpful and tried to double check stock. She came up with another option which was better than my original choice. She said see would ring me back and she did ,she said she would try and find another option and she did. Ann was friendly and so were the other staff I spoke to. This is called excellent customer service and management of the company should be very proud of their frontline staff. Thanks again.
