The lady who took my order, Natalie, was very helpful, and although I was told there were many in stock it went very quiet from you until I phoned and was told the order was coming, then an email was delivered telling me they had been despatched I was waiting for another to say when delivery was taking place. All in all very happy with the carpet and would use you again.
