I ordered a rug and it came within a few days. When I put it in place I realised I should've ordered a larger one. I called MailOrderRugs and they said it wasn't a problem. They'll order the bigger size and when they deliver that, they'll collect the original one. Brilliant customer service. I'm a very happy with my rug and the service I received.
