After my initial annoyance at having paid yet still having to wait over a month to receive my goods, I was delighted to find that they arrived very carefully packed and in pristine condition. In the interim, I'd had a couple of telephone conversations and email exchanges with the company - apologetic but clearly explaining the situation to me, restoring my confidence in my original order.
