Picture needed to be sourced from factory so a longer wait was necessary. This was all explained in perfect detail and a time slot of expected delivery given. The picture reached me well ahead of the end of suggested time slot so couldn't be happier. Product was fragile but packaging was to a very high standard and no damage incurred. Highly recommended supplier.
