Very helpful at the time of the order in noting that a chosen color item was not available but suggested others that were in stock. Then proceeded with quickly filling the order.
The order included several items and all were correctly packed and there was no damage to the components, including glass items.
Certainly will order again! And I love my YS640, and my extended family and friends love the results too!
