Awesome selection of rubs, sauces, marinades, injections, brines, and all the tools you could ever need. Also, the shipping times are always very impressive. The best part, dozens of hours of entrainment and education from chef tom's videos. They help show how to put all these items to work and, arguably of more importance, pass the mundane slog that is the workday.
My father and law gave us a venison roast (really tough and the flavor is...not for everyone). Injected it with a mix from ATBBQ, rubbed it with a rub from ATBBQ, and using some techniques I learned on the sauce, made smoked italian beef (venison) sandwiches.
