After viewing the spatchcock holiday turkey recipe/video, I decided to purchase the brine concentrate and seasoning needed to recreate the recipe. I was so confident after seeing the video that I purchased enough for two turkeys. I am so glad I did. I have been cooking thanks giving turkey dinners for more than 30 years and this was by far the best tasting. I will definitely purchase more items based on ATBBQ recipes.
