Order (smoker and accessories) shipped by estimated date when I purchased. I called a few weeks later to add something to the order and they were able to help. When my smoker arrived it was missing three bags of pellets. I called and ATBBQ apologized for the oversight and shipped out some pellets ASAP. I think they do a great job and I'm glad I made my purchase with ATBBQ.
