I purchased a smoker several months ago and asked a friend for some resources for recipes and smoking tips and he sent me to All Things Barbecue. I have nothing but rave reviews to give! Just in the last month I've three recipes using the the suggested brines and rubs and all three cooks turned out beautiful. The Youtube tutorial videos are done incredibly well and have been a massive amount of help to a beginner like myself. I'm very thankful for a resource like All Things Barbecue and look forward to continuing to support them.
