I learned about spatch cocking on the web site, ordered all the tools needed, started with apple/thyme soak - amazing, on to the lemon WOW, this year apple/chipotle - over the top, this year I had 3 turkeys to cook, brother, co worker and ours, all were raved over these 3 years I sent many people to your web site and will continue to do so, love the soaks and recipes you give out, my last order came in 4 days - great people and company
