I appreciate what you guys do. Honestly my only criticism would be that I’m not a fan of the Italiano seasoning as a general Italian seasoning. The fennel makes it too sausage like for most dishes. So I’ll use it for sausage, but not for other Italian-type meals. Thanks for the recipe videos. And thanks for the careful packaging and shipping.
