I live in New York and never had the pleasure of visiting their store. I’ve ordered a variety of rubs, brines, and wood products. Their products and selection are fantastic! The recipes on the website and you tube are spot on. Chef Tom and his team nail them every time. They are easy to follow and taste awesome. They take special care in shipping your orders so that your items will arrive correct and on time.
