Before this, I never bought any cooking supplies kit form. I’ve always made my own rubs,glazes,sauces, etc. because they always produce great and tasty food.But I watched the You Tube segment on smoking a fresh ham and liked the video SO MUCH I immediately went on your site and ordered the Brine Bucket(No more cooler!!) and ham kit. Proceeded to order a Birk ham and put them all to use for Thanksgiving dinner. I was not disappointed. You stand behind products that are top notch with flavor perfection.
