The turkey was great this year. The rub was awesome, and the cranberry bbq sauce was perfect. But the real star was the new brining buckets. Instead of using a cooler and tons more liquid (since the turkey floats) I was able to use less liquid (stronger brine) and force the turkey completely into the bring using the locks. It is a wonderful addition and cleans up easy to boot!
