Have now been using All Things Barbecue as my grilling supplier for the last two years. Have not had an issue with them yet. Items are as described and shown up on time and undamaged in good packaging. If there is a delay, they will let you know. I have not yet had a need to contact customer service. Also, their YouTube channel is awesome.
