I placed an order in November then wanted to add to it and called in to cancel it and was told it was canceled. I then placed the new order and received both orders. The cost to return the wrong order didn't make sense to waste the money so I kept it. Communication could be better. You can also send fewer marketing emails. All in all, I like chef Tom.
