Received fast 2-day delivery. Items were well-packaged, but 1 item was missing. Minor miscommunication caused 2 of the items to be delivered. I was sent a label to return the extra. Mistakes happen, but the outcome was the best I could hope for. These days excellent customer service is all too rare.
