I used all the ingredients in the recipe for a brisket recipe. The result was amazing - actually, better than ordering from a barbecue restaurant. I also used the brine for the smoked apple cider brine for my turkey. The Turkey tasted like ham. The result was superb. Every recipe that I have used from the Chef has been amazing. I did both of these on Christmas.
