After a month of using my new Yoder YS640s I am extremely pleased with the quality of this product. I’ve used it to make standing rib roast for Christmas dinner (perfect), mojo pork, chicken, salmon and I’ve seared steaks on several occasions. Great American made product and I’m proud to be an owner of a Yoder YS640s.
