I received an email within one hour of making my order stating that one of the items was not in stock and offered to refund me or allow me to choose another similar item at same price. They allowed me to replace with an item that cost a little more due to not having anything in stock that was similar in cost. Awesome customer service and the items arrived quickly and were well above my expectations!
