Was disappointed in your customer service response to address an issue with a recent purchase. The OONI pizza oven gas burner I purchased was defective. I contacted customer service and requested a simple exchange, at the time you still had them in stock. Two days expired before hearing from CS at which time It was explained ATB would consult with OONI to resolve the issue. Days passed and not having heard anything I reconducted CS only to discover the email previously sent to me was not clearly written as such, we lost another week. Realizing the problem in communication and the delays, ATB offered to replace the unit asap, I was thankful and satisfied with this as I was working on a deadline previously noted in my emails. Within an hour I received a follow-up email and was informed the item was out of stock and a restocking date was unknown. It was suggested I pursue this further with OONI. Had this item been simply replaced at the time when still in stock we would not have had this problem. I understand the process of going through he manufacture first to trouble shoot the problem, but because of the poorly worded email only added to the time delay and the product being sold out. The total process took weeks to get to this point. Allow me to summarize ATB response: Delay, miscommunicated email, customer responsible to follow up with OONI, ATB accepts mistake and offers to quickly resolve the problem, ATB says "sorry, can't help you we are out of stock" and drops it there. I have since resolved the problem by replacing the defective regulator and thereby making void any guarantee associated with the product. Until now, I was a regular customer of ATB for close to two years, however given the response I received, I have concerns about future purchases and will only use ATB as a secondary choice, if at all.
