ATB is a great store and has a great product. My Yoder Pellet Grill had a problem and ATB resolved it almost immediately. My Grill is a great grill and was not powering up. They walked me through all the steps that could be causing the problems in order to rule them out. Finally, it was decided that the control board was the faulty problem and a replacement was deemed necessary and will be shipped out Monday Fed-Ex. How much better service and support could one ask for?
