Drove 160 miles to pick up a grill, and some accessories, and everyone at the store treated me great. Don't know how it could have been any better. The salesman made sure my order was ready, and that everything was included. He also made sure that a couple back ordered items were taken care of. The guy in the warehouse that loaded my trailer made sure everything was there, and that I was satisfied. He even gave me a couple start up and unpacking hints. I don't know how they could have made things any easier, and I will make sure I stop for supplies every time I make it to Wichita.
